Technical Integration manager

The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position (Technical Integration manager or Technical Support Engineer) for at least 2 year;
— Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk),
— Understanding of client-server systems;
— Experience with technical documentation;
— Multitasking;
— Analytical mindset;
— Level of knowledge of English — at least B1.

Will be a plus:
— Ability to use developer tools (Chrome dev tool, etc.);
— Ability to work with various monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana or similar);
— Ability to work with various protocols;
— Having experience with Git, Gitlab
— Experience in Gambling industry;

Your future responsibilities:
— Taking part in Integration process of our partner;
— Leading our partners from the start of integration till the going live and support them after the integration is finished;
— Diagnostics of problems received from the partners;
— Providing partners with access to internal services;
— Processing all incoming requests from partners (messengers, mail, support portal);
— Notifying partners of problems and assisting in resolving issues that arise;
— Software Configuration (adding new providers to already integrated operators).
