What is the role that we need? A Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that a company follows all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. They monitor business processes, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate compliance issues, and provide guidance to employees on regulatory requirements. Their role helps protect the organization from legal risks, financial penalties, and operational issues while maintaining ethical business practices. The Compliance Specialist will perform the functions outlined below: Review current and assist in implementing new compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments. Supporting leadership team members with external audits. Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Compliance Specialist Requirements 4-year degree from an accredited college or university. 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity. Prior compliance experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional, driven, motivated self-starter. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
