GTM Engineer (US & Canada)

We’re looking for a talented GTM Engineer who will be responsible for building and running the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization. Reporting to the Head of GTM and partnering closely with marketing, you'll own the systems, data flows, and enablement programs that let our sales, marketing, and post-sales teams scale efficiently and sell effectively. This role bridges two disciplines: the analytical rigor of revenue operations (top-of-funnel analytics, data enrichment, pipeline progression, forecasting, and territory planning) and the programmatic craft of enablement (onboarding, playbooks, content, and ongoing skill-building for a rapidly growing team of Account Executives and Solutions Engineers).

• 5+ years in GTM/revenue/sales operations or enablement at a B2B SaaS company, with time at an early- or growth-stage startup.

• Hands-on administration of a modern GTM stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools (Gong or equivalent).

• Proven ability to build dashboards, forecasting cadence, and analytical frameworks from scratch, including funnel data, cohort analysis, and quota/capacity modeling.

• Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve rep ramp time, productivity, or win rates.

• Excellent written communication, ability to translate complex concepts into clear sales-ready content, and high ownership with comfort operating in ambiguity without an existing playbook.

• Currently living in the United States or Canada.

• Experience selling to or enabling sellers for developer, DevOps, security, or infrastructure buyers.

• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Commonroom, Chili Piper, Outreach/Salesloft, Unify, or similar.

• Exposure to product-led growth motions alongside enterprise outbound GTM.

• Background working within open-source or open-core commercial business models.

This is a rare opportunity to take on one of the most important emerging roles in modern go-to-market: the GTM Engineer. As the first dedicated GTM engineering hire at a venture-backed infrastructure company with strong product-market fit, a world-class engineering team, and an expanding enterprise footprint, you'll have the chance to rethink traditional revenue operations and sales enablement from first principles, with zero assumptions, modern tools, modern process, and the creativity to build something genuinely new.

You'll work directly with the Head of GTM, the CEO, and senior technical leadership to design and build the modern GTM tool stack. You'll have creative liberty and influence over every tooling and process decision. The systems, processes, and programs you build will power Infisical's growth from our current stage to the next order of magnitude, and your work will be visible and material to every revenue outcome we produce.
