Serve as a GEOINT SME with a primary focus on geospatial analysis and supporting understanding of imagery analysis workflows
Engage directly with analyst teams to observe, understand, and document current workflows and mission processes and how system capabilities can support them
Deliver hands-on training and mentorship to geospatial and imagery analysts
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improving analytic workflows, tools usage, and tradecraft
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance mission effectiveness and analyst productivity
Support integration and understanding of GEOINT fusion practices across multiple intelligence disciplines
Provide guidance on effective use of geospatial tools, including ESRI-based platforms
Develop training materials, job aids, and best practice documentation tailored to operational teams
Act as a liaison between technical teams and analysts to ensure tools and capabilities align with mission needs
Stay current on evolving GEOINT tradecraft, tools, and analytic methodologies
Travel is regularly required as training events typically occurs at the analyst teams location
8+ years of GEOINT experience with strong emphasis on geospatial analysis
Demonstrated deep real-world experience working as a Geospatial Analyst (GA) roles and workflows
Experience and working knowledge of Imagery Analyst (IA) roles and workflows
Experience supporting operational or mission-focused environments outside of national-level agencies (e.g., tactical, service-level, or partner organizations)
Strong understanding of GEOINT tradecraft, analytic methodologies, and mission workflows
Experience delivering training, mentoring, or instruction to analyst teams
Hands-on experience with ESRI tools (e.g., ArcGIS suite)
Familiarity with GEOINT fusion concepts and multi-source intelligence integration
Ability to assess workflows and recommend practical, mission-aligned improvements
Strong communication skills wit
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
