Responsibilities
~1 min read• Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, including functionality, design consistency, and user experience
• Conduct manual testing across WBT, ILT materials, PDFs, and mobile learning content
• Validate accessibility compliance against WCAG and Section 508 standards
• Test content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and performance
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate with development and content teams to resolve issues and improve quality
• Support accessibility validation alongside broader QA efforts
