Senior Creative Designer - eLearning & Learning Experience Design | Onsite, Noida | Open to India-based candidates only

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer with experience designing digital learning experiences, eLearning courses, and learner-centric visual solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about combining strong UI design, visual storytelling, animation, and learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

You will work closely with Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers, developers, and stakeholders to transform learning strategies into visually compelling digital learning products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within corporate learning, L&D, eLearning, EdTech, or training environments and be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

• Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for eLearning courses, learning platforms, learning portals, and digital learning products

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma

• Develop visual systems that support learner engagement, knowledge retention, and instructional objectives

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and design standards across learning experiences

• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate learning concepts into compelling visual experiences

• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices

• Leverage AI design tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, visual development, and UI workflows

• Experiment with generative design approaches to enhance visual storytelling and learner engagement

• Create engaging animations and motion graphics using After Effects, Colossyan, Synthesia, and other AI-powered animation tools

• Develop micro-interactions, explainer animations, visual transitions, and learning assets for eLearning modules

• Create visual content that supports instructional goals and enhances learner comprehension

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, including at least 3 years supporting eLearning, digital learning, EdTech, training, or learning experience projects

• Demonstrated experience designing visual assets, interfaces, or digital experiences specifically for eLearning programs or learning platforms

• Strong expertise in UI design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design

• Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers, Learning Consultants, or Learning Architects

• Experience with AI-powered design tools, including generative design, AI image creation, and AI video tools

• Strong concept-to-solution design skills

• Portfolio showcasing eLearning projects, digital learning experiences, UI design work, and motion/animation examples

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience designing for LMS platforms, learning portals, or educational technology solutions

• Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, or other eLearning development tools

• Knowledge of interaction design, prototyping, and learner experience design methodologies

• Familiarity with video editing, immersive learning, or emerging learning technologies

• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

• A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics

• Demonstrated passion for learning, education, knowledge transfer, and user experience

• Ability to balance creativity with learning effectiveness and business objectives

• Experience working within learning and development, training, or educational environments
