You’ll conduct routine onsite inspections of accessible areas, including safety observations, reporting, and follow-up on identified issues.
You’ll support hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures for High-Risk Activities (HRAs), including lifting plans, permits, and task planning.
You’ll engage with project stakeholders, general contractors, and subcontractors to verify EHS implementation and compliance with project expectations.
You’ll review and maintain EHS documentation, including training records, competency verification, inspection records, and site-specific EHS plans.
You’ll track and report EHS performance, including KPIs, findings, trends, and corrective and preventive actions.
You’ll support incident and near-miss reporting and investigations, ensuring actions are properly tracked, documented, and closed.
You’ll participate in emergency preparedness planning and verify site readiness and response procedures.
You’ll complete assigned inspections, observations, assessments, audits, and other EHS-related activities.
You’ll participate in safety meetings, training sessions, safety walks, toolbox talks, and awareness activities.
You’ll provide EHS training and onboarding support as required.
You’ll monitor the implementation of project-specific Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Plans and Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP).
You’ll proactively identify EHS risks, hazards, opportunities, and requirements related to project facilities, activities, and personnel.
You’ll support compliance with applicable legislation, project requirements, and industry safety best practices.
You’ll collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
6+ years of EHS or construction safety experience
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations
6+ years of experience with site inspections, audits, safety observations, and High-Risk Activities (HRAs)
6+ years of experience managing EHS documentation, reporting, and corrective actions
Data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction experience, strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems
Professional-level English proficiency, written and verbal
