SY26-27 Family Engagement Manager

• →Experience in family engagement, student support services, attendance management, social work, community outreach, or a related field; experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• →Experience developing and implementing attendance interventions, family engagement programs, or student support initiatives that improve student outcomes
• →Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with students, families, school staff, and community organizations
• →Experience analyzing student, attendance, and family engagement data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive action
• →Knowledge of attendance laws, Educational Neglect reporting requirements, and/or McKinney-Vento regulations preferred
• →Experience using student information systems and data management platforms; experience with Infinite Campus, Qlik, or similar systems is preferred

Salary Range: $73,833 - $92,208 (commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
