Responsibilities

→Provide restorative, reflective, and relationship-centered interventions for students experiencing behavioral challenges, with a focus on identifying root causes and supporting successful reentry into class.
→Respond to behavior incidents and provide crisis intervention to minimize lost instructional time and maximize student engagement in learning.
→Support the implementation of schoolwide culture systems, expectations, and behavior management practices to ensure a safe, structured, and joyful learning environment.
→Partner with teachers and school leaders to proactively address student behavior concerns and develop strategies that support student growth and success.

→High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
→Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, youth development programs, community organizations, or similar settings.
→Experience supporting student behavior, restorative practices, social-emotional learning, or school culture initiatives strongly preferred.

Collaborate with members of the Student & Family Support Team to implement behavior interventions and support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS/RTI).
Monitor and support student progress toward behavioral and social-emotional goals, using data to inform interventions and next steps.
Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication, problem-solving, and collaboration to support student growth both in and out of school.
Work closely with academy leadership, counselors, and other student support staff to ensure coordinated and effective support for students.
Contribute to schoolwide operations, student supervision, and other duties that help maintain a strong school culture and positive student experience.
