The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting to an Associate Director.

• →Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
• →You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives.
• →You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.
• →You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.
• →You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• →You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.
• →You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.

• 5-6+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience.
• Appreciation of marketing / client side issues
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines
• High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS

• You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach
• You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation and prioritisation
• You are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues
• You communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion
• You are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career
