As Director of Product Management, U.S. Market, you will be the product intelligence and self-serve authority that shapes how Accelerate is experienced by advertisers — from SMBs managing their own growth to agencies running campaigns on behalf of clients. You understand both audiences deeply: how they evaluate and adopt self-serve advertising platforms, what drives their success, and what stands in their way. You translate that understanding through an AI-first product lens into decisions that meaningfully drive adoption and retention.

You will work in close partnership with our GTM, PMM, and Engineering teams. You bring the market depth; the platform team delivers the build. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, Accelerate, and based on-site in our San Mateo, CA office, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of market strategy and product execution.


Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location. 

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $218,365 to $311,950 USD (min to max of base salary pay). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.

  • Own the Self-Serve Product Roadmap Through Market Expertise
    • You are the primary source of structured, prioritized market input for SMB advertisers. You join client and prospect conversations with the GTM team, identify patterns across advertiser types and verticals, and translate what you hear into clear, compelling product direction.
  • Drive Activation, Adoption, and PLG Metrics
    • You will own the product-led growth layer end to end: activation funnel, time-to-first-value, feature adoption depth, and retention. You define what a genuinely self-serve experience looks like for both the SMB advertiser and the agency — one that drives clients to value without requiring a CSM at every step — and you hold the product accountable to the numbers that reflect it.
  • Define What Self-Serve Means Across the Advertiser Spectrum
    • You deeply understand how advertisers of varying sizes and complexities evaluate, onboard, and grow on self-serve advertising platforms. You translate that understanding into product decisions, onboarding flows, and experiences that work — without hand-holding.
  • Shape the AI-First Product Experience
    • You will identify where Accelerate's AI capabilities genuinely reduce complexity for advertisers and agencies, and where the product needs to go further. You evaluate AI-driven features through the lens of an operator and push for AI that is visible, trusted, and impactful, not just present.

  • 8+ Years of Product Management Experience: Your background spans ad tech, MarTech, or a performance marketing platform, with a strong track record of owning market-facing product surfaces. Experience at a self-serve advertising platform or agency-focused SaaS product is strongly preferred.
  • Deep Fluency in the Digital Advertising Ecosystem: You have worked closely with or within both SMB advertisers and agencies, and you understand how each operates: how they evaluate platforms, manage campaigns, and make decisions. You are equally comfortable speaking with a business owner running their own ads as you are with an agency managing accounts at scale.
  • Broad Knowledge of Digital Advertising Products: You have a strong working knowledge of how advertising products are structured across major platforms, how different advertiser types use them, and how priorities vary by business size, vertical, and objective. You bring this as market fluency, not a technical checklist.
  • Proven Self-Serve and PLG Product Experience: You have built or meaningfully shaped a self-serve B2B product and have owned product-led growth metrics: activation rate, time-to-first-value, feature adoption, and retention. You know the difference between a product that works with a CSM alongside it and one that truly works on its own — and you have closed that gap before.
  • AI-Native Product Thinking: You have shipped AI-powered features, and you understand the craft: designing for AI output variability, building user trust in AI-driven experiences, and knowing where AI reduces friction versus adds noise. You apply AI natively in your own workflow and can engage meaningfully with an AI engineering team on product trade-offs.
  • A Communicator Who Bridges Market and Engineering: You can take what you hear from a U.S. advertiser or agency and translate it into product direction that an engineering team in Bangalore can act on. You are as effective in a client discovery call as you are in a technical product review.
