A bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, English, Communications, or any related field
3-5 years' experience writing B2B2C marketing content with knowledge of advertising, branding, and ad tech. Should be able to think with a consumer-out approach. Please note that if you have fewer years of experience and match the skillset, we would still be happy to hear from you.
Must be skilled in long-form and short-form content creation that is derived from and supported by a strong SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
Ability to consider multiple sources of input for development and refinement of content (including AI tools); comfortable taking constructive input and using it to iterate and improve the finished product
Track record of clear, successful communications on complex topics (portfolio required)
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
  • Great presentation skills with a flair for narration and storytelling
  • Strong research and analytical skills 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate product messaging through pointed, accurate, and compelling content across blogs, case studies, web pages, emails, ads, reports, search descriptions, and other collateral
  • Lead content projects for events and reports end-to-end
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the brand
  • Conduct research to understand and stay abreast of industry trends
  • Stay up-to-date on latest content writing and marketing trends
  • Develop product knowledge and understand the nuances of communicating for a fast-growing technology brand
  • Repurpose content into multiple assets for various channels to maximize reach
  • Monitor performance and consistently improvise on existing formats and channels
  • Propose, implement, or lead improvements in the content marketing strategy, plan, and process
  • Take complete ownership and collaborate with multiple teams such as sales, client services/solutions, design, digital, and product marketing
  • You are a great listener, and you have a knack for asking the right questions to frame the right story.
  • You are optimistic, easy to work with, and good at setting the right expectations and boundaries.
  • You are good at prioritizing, planning, and taking ownership of tasks.
  • You have experience working on essential content and AI tools.
  • You have written high-performing blogs, articles, or ads previously. 
  • You love storytelling, words are how you frame your thoughts, and you are obsessed with punctuation and grammar.
  • You have a knack to deliver compelling stories, build relevant narratives, and drive real connections with content.
