Veterinary Receptionist

At Wilkes County Veterinary Services, we proudly serve the pets and people of our community with compassionate, personalized veterinary care. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and become an important part of the client and patient experience.

Our Client Service Representatives are often the first and last impression of our practice. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for every client while helping our medical team provide excellent patient care.

Because we are a mixed animal veterinary practice, our front desk team supports a diverse range of patients and clients. You’ll interact with pet owners, coordinate appointments, communicate with our medical team, and help keep the hospital running smoothly throughout the day.
