Serve as a trusted advisor on Revenue Operations and Deal Desk processes.
Share best practices and insights related to systems, workflows, and deal management.
Assist the Sales Team in structuring non-standard or complex order forms.
Provide ad-hoc pricing guidance when necessary to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Conduct training sessions for new Sales hires on Deal Desk operations, emphasizing best practices, approval workflows, and procedural guidelines.
Continuously educate existing team members to maintain process consistency.
Ensure all deals are accurate, with correct contract terms, billing details, and pricing.
Align deal data with CRM systems to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Deal Desk processes, tools, and automation.
Implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with key departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to understand business needs.
Facilitate the end-to-end deal process, including deal structuring, approvals, and order management.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, approvals, and deal decisions.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
