Insider One is a leader in AI-powered cross-channel customer experiences, helping top brands deliver personalized, seamless journeys. We empower marketers with cutting-edge technology, data-driven insights, and a powerful partner ecosystem to drive growth. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager to build and execute our partner marketing strategy. This role will be critical in managing co-marketing initiatives, sponsorship programs, and enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships worldwide.

Lead co-marketing initiatives with technology and agency partners, including webinars, content, events, and digital campaigns.

Manage various Market Development Funds (MDFs) programs, maximizing MDF allocations received from our strategic global Tech Partners like AWS, Meta, Shopify, etc.

Strengthen relationships with global partners, ensuring co-marketing activities and sponsorships are strategically planned and executed.

Manage sponsorship programs for Insider One’s flagship events like UPLIFT, collaborating closely with regional teams.

Support regional teams in executing partner-focused marketing activities, such as workshops, training, and enablement programs.

Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance, ensuring all initiatives drive revenue impact and align with business objectives.

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related fields within a B2B SaaS or tech company.

Proven ability to manage MDFs, drive co-marketing initiatives, and scale partner marketing programs globally.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including demand generation, content marketing, sponsorships, and events.

Experience collaborating with technology and agency partners, ensuring joint value propositions and go-to-market alignment.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously.

A data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing initiatives and demonstrate revenue impact.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
