MES Lead

We are seeking an MES Cutover Lead to manage and execute cutover activities for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as part of a large-scale transformation program.

This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

• →Lead planning and execution of MES cutover activities
• →Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, checkpoints, and fallback strategies
• →Coordinate with IT, OT, and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness
• →Manage cutover rehearsals and validate execution readiness
• →Oversee execution during cutover windows, ensuring rapid issue resolution
• →Track and communicate cutover progress and risks in real time
• →Ensure business continuity and operational stability during transition

• 5+ years of experience in MES or manufacturing system implementations/cutovers
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and system dependencies
• Experience managing cutover events in complex environments
• Excellent coordination and decision-making skills under pressure
• Strong communication skills with technical and operational teams
• Language Requirement: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory)

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., SAP ME/MII, Rockwell, Siemens, etc.)
• Prior experience in large-scale migration or transformation programs
