We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Senior Manager - Pricing to develop and implement pricing governance and strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining effective pricing infrastructure and bring strong financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to ensure pricing aligns with customer value, business goals, and market dynamics.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Pricing Governance: Implement and manage pricing controls, guidelines, and approval processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- →Develop Pricing Strategy: Design and execute data-informed pricing models for products and services across all channels and customer segments.
- →Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry pricing trends, customer behavior, and competitor actions to inform pricing decisions.
- →Profitability Optimization: Drive margin improvement through strategic pricing, discount management, and value-based pricing initiatives.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to align pricing with go-to-market strategies and financial targets.
- →Analytics & Reporting: Build pricing dashboards, perform sensitivity analyses, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- →Customer & Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools and training to execute pricing strategies effectively and manage deal negotiations.

- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and pricing/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of influencing pricing outcomes and driving business impact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries (depending on your sector)
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with pricing software (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Pricefx)
- Strong understanding of elasticity modeling, segmentation, and pricing psychology
