Develop and distribute Weekly and Daily Maintenance Schedules that align with operational priorities while ensuring the availability of necessary resources, equipment, and materials for the seamless execution of maintenance tasks. This role is responsible for optimizing scheduling processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize work orders, and continuously improving efficiency to minimize delays and support overall operational performance.

• →Collaborate with Gatekeeper(s) to develop a weekly rolling forecast and daily schedules that optimize maintenance activities.
• →Collaborate with Gatekeepers to develop rolling weekly forecasts and daily maintenance schedules.
• →Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance schedules, including planned shutdowns and outages.
• →Coordinate shutdown schedules with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, Engineering, contractors, and support functions.
• →Prioritize and schedule approved work orders based on resource availability, equipment availability, and operational needs.
• →Schedule work across dayshift and shift-assigned maintenance personnel.
• →Use the CMMS Scheduling module to load and allocate maintenance resources to scheduled work.
• →Confirm required parts, materials, tools, and external resources are available before work is scheduled.
• →Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner, Materials Coordinator, and support functions to verify work readiness.
• →Adjust schedules as needed based on resources, material, equipment, and operational constraints.
• →Distribute finalized weekly and daily schedules to designated departments and work groups.
• →Facilitate Maintenance Scheduling Meetings and communicate schedule changes and constraints.
• →Monitor schedule execution, delays, incomplete work, backlog, and available maintenance capacity.
• →Seek feedback from Maintenance and Operations to improve schedule compliance, coordination, and the overall scheduling process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, maintenance planning, operations, maintenance, or a related field within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

• Proficient in developing and managing maintenance schedules that align with operational priorities and resource availability.
• Hands-on experience using CMMS scheduling systems, particularly scheduling and resource-allocation modules.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for schedule management, reporting, and communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and changing requirements.
• Ability to evaluate resource availability, equipment availability, work priorities, and scheduling constraints.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, Engineering, contractors, and other work process roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail in managing and communicating schedules, changes, and constraints.
• Knowledge of business value drivers and the impact of maintenance scheduling on operational performance.
• Ability to monitor schedule execution, backlog, delays, and incomplete work to support schedule effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize changing requirements, and respond effectively to maintenance and operational needs.
• Proactive approach to seeking feedback from Maintenance and Operations and improving the maintenance scheduling process.
