We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking colleague to step into the role of Group Demand & Supply Planning Expert within the Group Supply Chain & Logistics Team. This position is central to shaping how we plan across the entire Intersnack Group. If you enjoy working closely with Management Units, driving continuous improvement, and building Group‑wide capabilities, this could be your next challenge.
As the Group Demand & Supply Planning Expert, you will:
Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Group‑wide Demand & Supply Planning processes
Work in close partnership with all Management Units to understand local needs, support implementation, and ensure harmonized ways of working
Define Group standards, planning principles, and best‑practice playbooks for MU application
Conduct planning maturity assessments and drive Group‑level improvement initiatives
Own the KPI framework for planning performance (Forecast Accuracy, MPSA, Data Integrity, Material Utilisation)
Act as design authority for planning methodologies in our systems and tools, collaborating with IT and Solution Owners
Build planning capabilities across the organisation through training, documentation, and a strong planning community
This role is highly collaborative and requires strong engagement with MU Supply Chain teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
You will collaborate closely with:
Supply Chain & cross‑functional teams in all Management Units
Group IT, SC&L, IWS, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Transformation and other Group Experts
External consultants where relevant
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Production Scheduling, MRP, and Capacity Planning
Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain planning and process optimization in a multinational or matrix organization
Experience working with planning systems and ERP solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Business fluent in English
