The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer data, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role plays a critical part in improving sales efficiency and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, marketing) to support sales activities
- Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Maintain and update product pricing, customer records, and sales databases
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates
- Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and administrative workflows
- Support implementation of new tools, systems, or technologies
Nice to Have

- Experience using AI-powered tools for sales analytics, forecasting, or customer insights is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms with AI capabilities (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce Einstein)
- Ability to leverage automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Knowledge of AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel advanced)
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in sales operations
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales administration or support roles
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong time management and prioritization
