The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer data, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role plays a critical part in improving sales efficiency and delivering a high-quality customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, marketing) to support sales activities
  • Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Maintain and update product pricing, customer records, and sales databases
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates
  • Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and administrative workflows
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, or technologies

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for sales analytics, forecasting, or customer insights is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms with AI capabilities (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce Einstein)
  • Ability to leverage automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

  • Knowledge of AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel advanced)
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in sales operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales administration or support roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
