About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our instructor hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience
  • Support the team in closing positions within defined timelines
  • Recent graduates (any discipline; however, technical backgrounds are preferred)
  • Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management
  • Opportunity to learn and use elite AI recruiting tools 
  • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and leadership
  • Fast learning environment with high ownership
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Basic understanding of tech roles and terminology (good to have)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Remote
  • Shift - Semi night shift (5 PM to 2.30/3 AM)
