About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our instructor hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

→Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
→Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
→Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
→Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience
→Support the team in closing positions within defined timelines

Recent graduates (any discipline; however, technical backgrounds are preferred)
Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus

Hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management
Opportunity to learn and use elite AI recruiting tools
Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
