• →Use data visualization tools to tell stories with data
• →Promote internal efforts around data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
• →Work with key stakeholders for requirement gathering and acceptance criteria
• →Provide structured and high-quality content that summarizes trends and flags underlying drivers

Must-Haves

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for interacting with people, both co-workers and clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business acumen and understanding of the role of business intelligence
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing situations
• Passion for delivering compelling solutions that exceed client expectations
• Current graduate student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., data, business, or analytics)

What We’d Like You to Have

• Tableau Software experience (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server)
• BI & analytics tools (Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos, Qlik or Business Objects)
• Big Data distributions (Cloudera CDH, Hadoop, HBase, Pig, Hive)
• Big Data analytics solutions (HP Vertica, Oracle NoSQ DBL, Hadoop Loader, EXASOL)
• ETL tools (Alteryx, SyncSort, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, Pentaho)
