Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst – ServiceNow Platform

We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to operate as a strategic partner within our ServiceNow delivery team. This role is central to discovery, solution shaping, and execution—owning the translation of business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable the development of scalable, configuration-first solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

 

The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and platform awareness, ensuring that business outcomes are achieved through thoughtful use of ServiceNow capabilities rather than unnecessary customization. This role is highly collaborative, working in close alignment with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

This is a hybrid role (in-office Tuesday and Thursday). Local candidates preferred.
