The Bid Coordinator evaluates potential opportunities and distributes to applicable salespeople for further evaluation and coordination. The Bid Coordinator manages all aspects of the project bidding process in coordination with the Sales Manager and Sales Team.

Responsibilities

Associate’s Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred; experience with review and understanding of construction drawings preferred.

Past experience as a construction project estimator for a mechanical or sheet metal contractor is desired.

The Bid Coordinator must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner. Outstanding attention to detail, willingness to collaborate in a team setting, and excellent organizational skills are critical in a culture valuing honesty, integrity, dedication, resourcefulness, independence, and taking ownership. Candidate must have ability to develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships based on trust
