The role: Anastasi, part of the Irca Group and a rapidly growing company in the Dry Fruits business, is looking for a highly motivated Quality Specialist to join the team in Bronte (Sicily). The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with product and process quality standards, manage certifications, support customer relations worldwide, and contribute to continuous innovation.

Conduct Quality Analysis and Audit to verify compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Manage Non‑Conformities and Corrective Actions

Develop and Update Quality Documentation

Monitor Quality KPIs and Prepare Reports

Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in the role, preferably within dry fruits sector.

Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.

Computer Skills: MS Office.

Behavioural Requirements: Highly organized and High attention to details, High energy and positive attitude, Proactive and Strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, Openness to change and continuous learning.

Location: Bronte (VA), on-site.

Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
