Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for iRely’s ERP accounting solutions
  • Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and ongoing enhancement
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on product direction, market trends, and portfolio performance
  • Drive portfolio growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and product innovation
  • Identify high-growth market segments and align product offerings with emerging opportunities
  • Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Identify product gaps and define investment priorities based on business impact and market demand
  • Partner with key customers and stakeholders to drive co-development opportunities
  • Lead and collaborate with engineering, QA, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality software
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories
  • Ensure alignment across teams to support successful product delivery and maintenance
  • Champion initiatives to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in software product management, including portfolio leadership
  • 3–5+ years of experience with Accounting or Financial Software 
  • Experience with ERP systems; Risk Management software experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation and solution design
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and capturing market opportunities
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience translating market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% in US
