Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and manage complex systems and network infrastructures for the CI-ISE and HSIN collaboration platforms.
  • Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning, hybrid environment management, and platform integration to ensure high system availability and uptime.
  • Ensure all infrastructure components strictly adhere to federal security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST guidelines, and DHS 4300A policies.
  • Lead cross-platform integration efforts, ensuring secure data flow between HSIN-CI, HSIN-Cyber, and HSIN-ES environments.
  • Perform ongoing infrastructure performance optimization, monitoring network health, and resolving high-priority system incidents within stringent PWS timelines (e.g., within 24 hours).
  • Collaborate with software developers and web administrators to deploy technical upgrades and maintain data accuracy, structure, and accessibility.
  • Expert-level understanding of systems architecture, network design, and hybrid cloud implementations.
  • Proven ability to execute cloud infrastructure and platform integration within secure federal environments.
  • Deep knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
  • Strong capability in cross-platform integration and infrastructure performance optimization.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of systems engineering or network administration experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Security+, or CISSP) is highly preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
