IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a experienced Program Integrator (PI) or DoD Acquisition Analyst for the Joint Tactical Autonomous Aerial Resupply System (JTAARS), with demonstrated experience in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning for the UAS platform.
Job Duties
The JTAARS Program Integrator plays a critical integration role by directly supporting the JTAARS Assistant Program Manager (APM) in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning for the program. This position serves as the key integrator across all program elements, ensuring seamless alignment of technical, business, and operational activities to achieve program objectives.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Assistant Program Manager (APM) in all aspects of cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning, including the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules, risk registers, performance metrics, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating efforts related to the Defense Acquisition System (DAS), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), supportability, and sustainment. This involves coordinating milestone reviews, requirements validation, funding execution, and long-term logistics planning to ensure the program remains on track through all acquisition phases.
- Ensuring coordination across business, technical, and logistics functions while actively engaging with external organizations, including users, requirements stakeholders, and the Army Contracting Command (ACC).
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks; monitoring key milestones; and maintaining alignment with overarching program objectives.
- Preparing and maintaining essential program documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, performance reports, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
- Providing regular executive-level updates and briefings to leadership.
- Occasional travel is required to support program activities, stakeholder engagements, and site visits.
Education and General Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, management, or related discipline) and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management, acquisition, or logistics within a defense or government environment are required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, program management certifications (e.g., PMP, DAWIA), and demonstrated familiarity with autonomous systems or UAS platforms.
- Direct experience working within the Army Aviation acquisition process is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential; the PI must effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders and be capable of representing the customer in community forums.
