itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to drive AI-powered project coordination and operational excellence across entertainment content launches by developing internal tooling, automating workflows, and coordinating cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in AI-assisted application development, project coordination, and workflow automation, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web-based solutions, streamlining production processes, and supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain internal web applications that surface project updates, milestone tracking, and status reporting using AI-assisted development workflows.
→Utilize AI coding assistants to rapidly prototype, develop, and submit code changes that improve project management tools and operational efficiency.
→Coordinate project workstreams across developers, content producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
→Build and maintain automation workflows that connect project tracking systems and content management platforms for real-time reporting.
→Monitor application performance, validate data accuracy, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with development teams.
→Track software defects, submit code fixes through established review workflows, and communicate project impacts to stakeholders.
→Document project activities, maintain project documentation, and support onboarding for new workflows, AI tools, and platform enhancements.

→Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
→Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
→Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
→Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
→Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
→Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in application development, AI-assisted development, project coordination, or a related field.
Experience using AI coding assistants and large language model (LLM)-based development tools.
Experience submitting code changes through structured code review workflows.
Experience building and maintaining web applications or internal web platforms.
Experience coordinating project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
Experience integrating AI into production workflows and development operations.
Familiarity with project management systems and production tooling.
Experience with automation architecture, including system integrations, triggers, and workflow automation.
Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI code generation.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience coordinating multi-track projects involving internal and external development teams.

Experience with UX, interaction design, or digital product design.
Background supporting entertainment, streaming, media, or production studio environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience developing AI-enabled dashboards or data visualization platforms.
