itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to drive the execution of cross-functional programs supporting enterprise systems, service experience transformation, and AI-enabled tooling initiatives. This role will play a key part in coordinating multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management fundamentals, experience with agile delivery, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable execution plans.

Responsibilities

→Lead execution of technical programs across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
→Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones across concurrent workstreams
→Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gates
→Track and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers in a fast-paced environment
→Translate business requirements into detailed technical tasks, timelines, and acceptance criteria
→Drive program reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level communications
→Support release readiness by validating quality and readiness criteria prior to production deployments
→Coordinate across enterprise platforms including CRM systems, AI/automation tools, and knowledge management systems
→Maintain program documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across teams

→Attend regular internal practice community meetings
→Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
→Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
→Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
→Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
→Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related roles
Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, and tracking
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience translating business needs into execution plans and deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience working in large-scale or big tech environments
Exposure to AI/automation tools or enterprise platforms (CRM, support systems)
PMP or related certification
Strong written and executive communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience required
