IVX Health is growing fast, and we’re looking for an entry-to-mid-level Analytics Engineer I to join our highly collaborative Finance and Data Team. This role is based in our Brentwood, TN headquarters and follows a flexible hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week with additional flexibility.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Analytics Engineer I will support the design and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting-ready data models that power decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial teams. Working within our Azure-based data environment, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with analysts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in transforming raw data into structured, reporting-ready datasets using tools like Azure Data Factory
- →Support the development and maintenance of self-service data models that promote a single “source of truth”
- →Write and optimize SQL queries and views to support analytics and reporting needs
- →Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and other departments to gather data requirements and support ad hoc reporting
- →Contribute to the upkeep of data model documentation and metadata
- →Collaborate with the BI team to build and enhance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
- →Demonstrate a growth mindset and eagerness to develop technical skills and domain knowledge
We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow. You might be a great fit if you have:
- Foundational proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- An analytical mindset and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, upbeat attitude and desire to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical
certification/training. - Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in data engineering, specifically in the design, development, implementation,
management, and support of data structures and the data lifecycle. This includes data maintenance, ETL processes,
and data governance considerations. - Prior experience with healthcare analytics and related concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud data warehousing and administration is advantageous.
