Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Professional certification preferred (CMA or CFA).

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles, ideally with commercial and export/international sales exposure.

• Strong understanding of export pricing, Incoterms, FX impact, and margin analysis.

• Proven experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills: SAP is a must; Power BI is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
