Role Summary:
To supervise and coordinate daily Production operational activities in compliance with cGMP, HSE, and company procedures. Responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation, and developing team members to meet operational excellence standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, allocate, and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and HSE requirements at all times.
- Review and approve line clearance, equipment readiness, and batch documentation.
- Coordinate daily with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Admin) as needed.
- Monitor production performance, OEE, yields, and downtime; implement corrective actions as required.
- Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis.
- Train and develop Operators and Technicians to enhance team capability.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, and 5S standards are maintained in production areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science
- Minimum 3–4 years of pharmaceutical production experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging operations, cGMP, GDP, HSE, and data integrity principles.
- Skilled in supervising production lines, reviewing documentation, monitoring KPIs, problem-solving, deviation handling, and root cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management in shift-based environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
