Job purpose:
Overseeing the full lifecycle of IT supplier engagement from selection and contracting, onboarding, technical setup and administration, performance monitoring, issue resolution and governance.
Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing contract compliance, ensuring value for money, mitigating risks, and fostering strategic partnerships to align 3rd party services with Janes business needs.

- Running tenders, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
- Establishing new supplier relationships and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Defining, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs.
- Managing and resolving supplier performance issues and tracking progress towards resolution.
- Building collaborative and strategic partnerships to foster innovation and value.
- Managing risk through ongoing supplier assurance and due diligence activities.
- Driving initiatives for continuous improvement within supplier management processes.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize supplier performance and value over time.
Requirements
~1 min read- 27 days of annual leave
- Healthy half (0.5 day leave every 6 months for wellbeing)
