Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Using a content-development framework to create engaging and effective learning content (e.g., courses, presentations, videos, one-pagers, hands-on activities, assignments)
  • Designing learning experiences to support a variety of modalities (e.g., self-paced online training, virtual classroom training, in-person classroom training, or a blend thereof)
  • Facilitating classroom-based training where appropriate
  • Evaluating feedback and prioritizing updates to improve experiences for future learners
  • Have 7-10 years of experience developing, implementing, and improving online and in-person learning experiences

  • Experienced with implementing adult-learning best practices and leading end-to-end instructional design projects
  • Able to write, edit, and proofread effective copy, instructional text, presentations, and audio and video scripts
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator; able to facilitate small and large group sessions
  • Have a highly collaborative mindset; proven able to work with employees across a wide range of disciplines and build credibility throughout an organization
  • Experienced in developing relationships with technical and non-technical people alike
  • Organized with strong project management skills; experienced with managing complex projects
