… an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for our Store in Den Bosch. You support the Store Manager and you are the indispensable link between management and sales employees. You take responsibility for processes that take place in the store, you monitor whether the daily targets are achieved and most importantly: you provide ideas for improvement to optimize all processes in the store.

• You are responsible for the entire course of events within your store;
• You achieve optimal turnover result in accordance with the set targets and guidelines;
• You coach and motivate your team on customer and service orientation;
• You are responsible for the implementation of a good and correct store presentation (visual merchandising) in accordance with the guidelines;
• You are responsible for training, motivating and informing your team so that they can develop as best as possible.

• You have demonstrable management experience in retail (minimum 2 years);
• You share our passion for sneakers and fashion;
• You have strong communication skills (both verbal and written);
• You have excellent Time Management skills;
• You are driven to achieve sales targets and can perform well under pressure;
• You have qualities such as leadership, customer and service orientation and good commercial skills.
• You are ambitious and want to grow further.
