• Experience: At least 1 year as Floor/Shift Manager or in a similar role where you were responsible for managing teams in the retail sector. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards. Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance. 
• Time management: Efficiency is essential.
• Top communication skills: Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
