We are looking for…  

… an enthusiastic Full Time Supervisor for our JD Sports Store in Utrecht Steenweg. As a supervisor you are partly responsible for the course of events on the shop floor. Achieving an optimal turnover result in accordance with the set targets and guidelines is your focus. You coach and motivate your team on customer and service orientation. Moreover, you are partly responsible for the implementation of a good and correct store presentation in accordance with the guidelines. You also focus on training, motivating and informing your team so that they can develop as best as possible.

Your profile:

• You are 38 hours available every week
• You share our passion for sneakers and fashion
• You are outgoing, confident and a team player
• You are driven to achieve sales targets and can perform well in a fast-paced environment
• You preferably have experience in retail, management experience is an advantage
• You are ambitious and want to grow further
