What You'll Do

Greet customers and take ownership of the service experience from start to finish
Recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
Write and manage repair orders efficiently
Communicate clearly on timelines, pricing, and updates
Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business

What We're Looking For

Dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to sell and manage a high-volume workload
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with dealership systems and technology
Valid driver's license and clean record
