JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven reformer Pilates concept with 200+ locations sold across the US and internationally.

We’re bringing that experience to San Francisco’s Marina District — and we’re looking for a founding leader to build it with us.

This is not a traditional management job. As Studio General Manager, you’ll own the studio from day one — driving pre-sale membership, building community partnerships, hiring your team, and launching with momentum. You’ll also complete JETSET instructor training and teach 4–6 classes per week.

  • Lead pre-sale strategy to hit founding membership goals
  • Capture, nurture, and close leads with urgency
  • Recruit, hire, and develop instructors and studio staff
  • Build a high-accountability, high-energy team culture
  • Manage studio operations (scheduling, payroll, reporting)
  • Own revenue, membership, and utilization targets
  • Drive local partnerships, pop-ups, and brand events
  • Deliver a premium client experience — every single day
  • 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness or hospitality
  • Proven membership sales or revenue-driven track record
  • Pre-sale or new location launch experience preferred
  • Strong sales leader who builds relationships and closes deals
  • Community-oriented, high energy, and self-directed
  • Organized, systems-driven, and financially accountable
    • Salary: Competitive base, commensurate with experience
    • Bonus: Performance incentive tied to membership and revenue growth
    • Location: JETSET Pilates — Marina District, San Francisco (On-Site)
    • Hours: 45–55 hours/week (extended during pre-sale and launch)
    • Growth: Opportunity for expanded leadership as additional SF locations open
