Assistant Director of Nursing Education

• → Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee day-to-day clinical program operations
• →Act on behalf of the Director of Nursing in their absence
• →Ensure alignment of clinical education with curriculum standards and program goals
• →Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of clinical rotations and externships

• Provide direct supervision to clinical instructors and adjunct faculty
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action as needed
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical faculty
• Lead faculty development and training initiatives

• Maintain accountability for compliance with ACCSC and PA State Board of Nursing standards
• Support audits, reporting, and regulatory reviews
• Ensure proper documentation and credentialing of clinical faculty

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical and externship sites
• Expand clinical placement opportunities aligned with program growth
• Ensure quality and consistency of student experiences at all partner sites
• Student Outcomes & Quality Improvement
• Monitor and drive key program outcomes (NCLEX pass rates, retention, completion, placement)
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with academic and support teams to improve student success systems

• Partner with Admissions, Career Services, and Compliance teams
• Represent nursing programs in internal leadership discussions as needed
• Support strategic initiatives related to program expansion and performance
