Placement Counselor Supervisor

Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.

This role, located at 123 S Broad Street, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days onsite, and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

• →Oversee all job development activities. Oversee customized job development and job matching.
• →Ensure diligent tracking and documentation of employment information from all staff.
• →Coordinate services regarding clients’ job placement goals and appropriate job search activities.
• →Oversee and facilitate relationship building with areas employers.
• →Collaborate with organizations providing job placement services.
• →Market program services and participants to employers via phone, video conference, and personal contacts.
• →Actively engage TANF clients in the direction of employment.
