Job Summary

The Brand Solution Executive will manage brand integrations and sponsorships across TV & Digital on Impact properties in Youth (MTV),Music & English genre on Jiostar’s Channels. The role involves creating innovative pitch decks, developing and executing clutter-breaking ad products on television & digital space while working closely with Sales, Programming, and PRS teams to deliver impactful campaigns

Managing ideation led briefs across regions and multiple sales teams for TV & Digital on Impact properties in Youth (MTV),Music & English genre

Creative solutions across TV & Digital for movie premieres in multiple languages

Liaising closely with sales teams to understand client objectives and translate them into effective, insight-led creative solutions

Creating presentations/pitch decks (on Microsoft/canva & google slides)

Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Sales, Programming, Marketing, and PRS

Managing external vendors and partners for execution of deliverables

Leading sponsor-led shoots, ensuring seamless brand integration and quality output

Overseeing end-to-end execution of sponsor deliverables

Develop post-evaluation presentations for brands, capturing performance, impact, and key learnings

Strong documentation, ideation, and execution skills are key to success in this role.
