JOB SUMMARY -
To evangelize high impact Ad product & Ad tech initiatives for the entertainment vertical and build a high performing team to act as a bridge between sales, ad product, ad operations, and leadership to roll out new Ad offerings and enhance the features of existing offerings. Evangelize Ad Product offering for Ent Ads. To enable new ad tech related opportunities to scale up monetization, pricing, packaging, and new format rollouts aligned with market needs and internal capacity. You will be a key driver in shaping how Jiostar(digital) competes in the entertainment advertising space.
  • Device roadmap for Ad offering for advertisers and keep JHS ads ahead of the curve
  • Lead a high performing team of ICs to drive Ad tech/product initiatives across various stakeholder teamDrive high impact ad product launches (e.g. new ad formats, targeting, ad experiences)
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders (sales, Product, ad ops, BI)Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely execution and clear roadblocks for the teamPartner with sales teams to sell packaged propositions, custom solutions, strategic deals and resolve teething tech issues
  • Regularly communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership concisely and visually
  • Coordinate pilot launches, A/B testing, feedback loops, and scale rollout.
  • People Management experience of managing high performing teams
  • Hands on experience driving one or more of: ad product development, pricing & packaging, programmatic monetization, yield management, new ad formats.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, header bidding, private marketplaces, targeting).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, Ad ops).
  • Ability to think commercially and translate product levers into revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to operate in ambiguity, structured thinking.
  • A Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience.  
  • People Management and Experience in Product/Strategy/Program roles in OTT/Media/Adtech is a must.
