Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented resource to support recruitment data reporting and ATS migration activities. The role involves extracting and consolidating hiring data from Lever, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy through cleaning and validation. The incumbent will collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to maintain structured recruitment data and support seamless system transition.

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling (virtual & in-person) by liaising with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and cross-functional teams
  •  Extract, consolidate, and maintain recruitment data from the Lever ATS for various hiring reports and dashboards.
  • Run manual and automated reports from Lever and support data conversion activities during the ATS migration phase.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, deduplication, and formatting to ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS reports using Excel (including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
  • Identify process gaps in data reporting workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, data validation)
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy
  • Basic understanding or exposure to ATS/recruitment systems (Lever & Workday preferred)
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present recruitment data in a structured format
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Proactive approach towards data quality, reporting timelines, and system transition support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Fresher with strong Excel skills OR 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, MIS reporting, or data support roles.
  • Prior exposure to ATS platforms or recruitment reporting will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling data migration/system transition/reporting support is preferred.
