About the Role:

We are looking for a Promo Producer to execute high-velocity creative production for our micro-dramas. This role is deeply hands-on. You will work closely with the Creative Lead to convert creative strategy into ready-to-run promo assets, watching shows, identifying high-impact moments, writing execution-level scripts, coordinating with editors, and ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.


  • Experience2–5 years in content writing, promo production, digital storytelling, or video-led marketing roles.
  • Experience in OTT, audio platforms, comics, web series, or short-form content is a strong plus.
  • Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Show Breakdown & Promo Mining
  • Watch complete micro-drama shows end-to-end.
  • Identify high-tension moments Cliffhangers and reversals
  • Emotionally charged scenes suitable for promos
  • Tag episodes and timestamps for promo-worthy moments.

    • 2. Promo Script Execution
  • Write execution-level scripts Adapt scripts for Multiple durations (6s / 10s / 15s / 20s) Different hooks and openings
  • Ensure scripts are clear, punchy, and performance ready.

    • 3. Production Coordination
  • Work closely with Video Editors to translate scripts into final cuts
  • Ensure pacing, hook strength, and cliffhanger clarity
  • Coordinate quick turnarounds and multiple variations.
  • Handle day-to-day production tracking and delivery timelines.

    • 4. Creative Quality Control (QC)Review promos for:
  • Narrative clarity
  • Emotional pull
  • Correct CTA usage

    • Success Metrics:
  • Speed and consistency of promo delivery
  • Volume of usable, performance-ready assets
  • Quality of cliffhangers, hooks, and narrations
  • Ability to scale winning promos into variations
  • Creative accuracy with minimal rework

    • Skills: Strong scriptwriting fundamentals (hooks, pacing, cliffhangers).
  • Ability to break down stories quickly and identify promotable moments.
  • Comfort working with editors and production teams.
  • Ability to execute multiple deliverables in parallel under tight timelines.

    • Mindset:
  • Execution-oriented and detail-focused Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles Open to feedback and rewrites.
