JioStar is seeking a strategic leader to head Brand Solutions for Growth Customer Sales (GCS) across Sports and Entertainment. This role will drive integration-led, content-first brand solutions at scale. The mandate includes shaping go-to-market narratives, delivering high-impact campaigns & initiatives.
- Brand Solutions Strategy & Scale:
- Define and scale the brand solutions vision for GCS clients across sports and entertainment.
- Guide teams in delivering insight-driven, creative, and commercially viable solutions.
- Build repeatable frameworks for branded content, integrations, and IP-led partnerships.
- Revenue Growth & Client Leadership:
- Partner with Sales to drive incremental revenue through bespoke solutions and integrations.
- Unlock opportunities across sports properties, entertainment content, and cultural moments.
- Insights, Innovation & Performance:
- Champion data-led storytelling and solution design.
- Drive innovation in fan engagement, branded content, and sponsorship formats.
- Establish strong measurement frameworks and feedback loops for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Integration:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Programming, Production, and Product teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across live and digital environments.
- Drive alignment on quality, timelines, and delivery at scale.
- 12-15+ years in media, advertising, branded content, or partnerships.
- Strong experience in sports and/or entertainment ecosystems.
- Proven track record of scaling integrated brand solutions and content partnerships.
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with strong creative judgment
