Stacking Hall Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:  

Employee will oversee daily stacking hall operations to ensure accurate pallet counts, proper labeling, and documentation. 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Monitor and record employee break times to ensure compliance with company policies. 

• Enforce rotation procedures to support ergonomic safety and maintain stacking consistency. 

• Accurately record all finished pallets by amount and time. 

• Visually inspect pallets during production to prevent mixed product, mislabeling, or incorrect counts. 

• Communicate directly and consistently with the Warehouse Supervisor and/ or Manager regarding production flow, issues, or material needs. 

• Enforce all safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe stacking practices. 

• Support training of new stacking team members and model proper stacking and documentation procedures. 

• Act as a point of contact for immediate problem-solving within the stacking area. 

Overtime may be required based on production needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

Required Education: 

High School Diploma or GED   

Required Experience: 

1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
