JN Money Services Limited (JNMS) is seeking an innovative and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation. This executive leadership role serves as the chief architect of JNMS's global digital future, driving the technology roadmap, product engineering strategy, and modernization agenda across all retail and digital business lines. The successful candidate will lead the transformation of legacy operations into a seamless, agile, digital-first fintech ecosystem that enhances customer experiences, supports international growth, and strengthens cross-border payment capabilities. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Governance Develop and execute JNMS's global digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives and market expansion goals. Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, technical standards, and compliance controls across all operating territories. Serve as the principal advisor to Executive Management and the Board on emerging technologies, fintech trends, innovation opportunities, and technology investments. Champion a culture of innovation by translating business challenges into scalable digital solutions. Technical Development & Innovation Provide strategic oversight of all system development initiatives, including mobile applications, web platforms, payment integrations, and internal systems. Ensure the successful delivery of technical projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline expectations. Lead system enhancement, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Guide technology architecture decisions to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and future readiness. Leadership & Change Management Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the digital transformation team. Drive organizational change management initiatives to support the adoption of modern technologies and automated processes. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate Degree in: Management Studies Project Management Business Administration Information Technology Digital Transformation Or an equivalent discipline. Minimum five (5) years' experience at a senior management level. Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives, business modernization programmes, and operational improvement projects. Strong understanding of innovation management, digital technologies, automation, and customer experience enhancement. Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services, remittance, or fintech sectors would be an asset.
