As a Customer Service Officer within the Customer Service and Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact to our existing clients and their families seeking information or assistance pertaining to all of Amana Living’s aged care services. This role is offered on a casual basis working from our Subiaco Corporate office.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service experience, possibly with a background in aged care. You will thrive in a customer-first call in environment, where your primary responsibility will be to assist our client’s needs.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Responding to all incoming enquiries (telephone and email) regarding Amana Living services available, in a professional, timely, effective, and efficient manner ensuring client satisfaction is maintained
- Identifying the service needs required and best match the enquiry to the appropriate Amana Living service, ensuring the service delivery is focussed on the needs of the client
- Redirecting incoming calls to the most appropriate service stream to ensure a timely response
- Proactively driving business sales and seeking out opportunities to promote the services available within Amana Living to both current and potential clients and assisting them in selecting those that are best suited to their needs
- Ensure an ongoing professional, respectful, and informative relationship with all clients both current and prospective
- Working collaboratively as part of the wider Customer Service Centre team on a day-to-day basis to proactively work towards the efficient delivery and achievement of team sales and service targets
- Documenting accurately and in a timely manner, significant information, and details from client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system and redirecting to the appropriate team member as require
- Maintaining compliance with all Amana Living Policies and Procedures
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a highly regulated/complex environment
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
- Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations
